We have duo objectives for this floor which should be use as the praise and worship chapel for kids church as well as be our activities place for our care centre.
We will kick off with Bookshop (serving mostly our owner member and other christian around this area), Music Class (Conventional & Praise and Worship style), and Dance Class.

We are expecting the 3 projects can start off by first week of March 2009. The renovation will cost about RM90k excluding the furniture & fittings and accessories.

Sarawak Floods is worst in 100 years

According to the state administration, the floods in Sarawak is worst than 2004. Many area are a few meter under water, the highest is 6 meter. Sarawak continue to rain in last few days and will become worst if the rain didn't stop soon. Those who return for chinese new year will expect a wet year ahead.

Pastor Rick Warren defends invite to inauguration

Obama's choice of Warren earlier this week sparked outcry from gay rights and other liberal groups, who said choosing such an outspoken opponent of gay marriage was tantamount to endorsing bigotry.

"Three years ago I took enormous heat for inviting Barack Obama to my church because some of his views don't agree (with mine)," he said. "Now he's invited me."

Warren said he prays for the same things for Obama that he prays for himself: integrity, humility and generosity.

Obama defended his choice on Thursday, saying that he has also invited Joseph Lowery, a Methodist minister and civil rights leader who supports same-sex marriage and gay rights, to deliver the benediction.

"During the course of the entire inaugural festivities, there are going to be a wide range of viewpoints that are presented. And that's how it should be, because that's what America's about. That's part of the magic of this country ... we are diverse and noisy and opinionated," Obama said.

吉隆坡文良港区卫理公会沐恩堂在圣诞节来临之际，特于本月13日（星期六）上午11时至下午3时在该教会停车场举行“08圣诞嘉年华会”。当天节目包括游戏摊位、舞台表演、讲座及各类咨询服务，包括个人财务咨询，DISC测验，税务问题，法律援助，健康检验等。

此项活动也为配合该教会即将设立“文良港社区关怀服务中心”而进行的，对象是文良港一带的居民。当天的节目将会非常的精彩，其中更会送出超过两千份免费的礼物给参与的朋友们，欢迎文良港居民不论男女老少踊跃出席。

World Heritage City - Malacca

Melaka was conferred as World Heritage city this year by united nation. There are many old building (most of them are run down), and a lots of new building were built and coming up mostly near the beach and along the Melaka river.
Eye on Malaysia was moved to Melaka few months ago, and now is Eye on Strait of Melaka now. The new landmark of Melaka now is Dataran Pahlawan.
I saw many western tourist in Melaka now, and heard that during weekend there are many Singaporean tourist visiting Melaka.
